  • Condition of Items: Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags attached (where applicable). We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item is not in its original condition.

Returns Process

Refunds

  • Distance Selling Regulations (Cooling-Off Period): For online purchases, you have a 14-day “cooling-off period” from the day you receive your order to cancel your contract and return the item for a full refund (including standard delivery costs). You do not need to provide a reason. You must notify us of your intention to cancel within this 14-day period. You then have another 14 days to return the goods.
